Public Recreation License Agreement, Johnsonville State Historic Park
TVA is considering a request to grant a public recreation license agreement over approximately 200 acres of land adjacent to Johnsonville State Historic Park on Kentucky Reservoir at Tennessee River mile 96 (right bank) in Humphries County, Tenn. The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation has requested the license for the expansion of its historic preservation framework and its network of interpretive trails, as well as the construction of a new park entrance road adjacent to Pebble Isle Marina campground.
TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request. The comments will be considered to reach a decision concerning the proposed action.
Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
