Easement request and access road construction
Adjacent to Sugar Hollow Park, Bristol, Virginia
The City of Bristol, Virginia, has requested an easement along Sugar Hollow Park to build an access road to reach a planned industrial site. The site will also include the relocation from nearby property of the historic Robert Preston home. Expansion of the existing gravel road will allow access to the property for the development of industrial facilities and the relocation of the Robert Preston house to create a working museum.
TVA is interested in receiving comments on the potential of the proposed action to affect the environment or historic properties and would like to identify any other issues associated with this proposal. These comments will be used in reaching a decision on the proposal.
