TVA To Temporarily Close Chickamauga Dam Reservation

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – TVA will temporarily close the Chickamauga Dam reservation to public use through Monday, Oct. 16, for an international boat race.
The Super Boat International/American Power Boat Association’s 2006 Offshore Racing Association Inc. will hold a divisional race and speed record races on Chickamauga Reservoir. The Chickamauga Dam reservation will reopen to the general public on Tuesday, Oct. 17.
