The Needham Hollow Boat Ramp’s size and location make it very popular with anglers and boaters seeking easy access to TVA’s Norris Reservoir. In fact, the area has so many users that parking has become a serious issue, especially on weekends. Working together, Claiborne County, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, Powell Valley Electric and the Tennessee Valley Authority have completed a project to greatly expand the paved parking area, making Needham Hollow safer and more convenient.
