Direct Development, one of the developers of Rolling Mill Hill, announced that it would provide a portion of condominium buyers’ electricity needs from renewable sources through Green Power Switch at no cost for their first year of occupancy. Rolling Mill Hill is a $70 million planned community under construction in downtown Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood.
